Sometimes we buy more than we eat and need. If you have ripe bananas do not throw them away, but try out our simple mini banana bread recipe which can be done quickly.
Seen in the supermarket, taken away and yet forgotten to eat – who doesn’t know it?
Unfortunately, this happens very often. I usually freeze the bananas to make ice cream or mini banana breads which you can easily bake in a brownie mold.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, in pieces
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar, homemade
- 40 grams oil
- 250 grams flour (Type 405)
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- 50 grams dark chocolate, in pieces, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Put all ingredients except the flour, baking powder and chocolate in the mixing bowl, mix for 15 seconds/speed 5.
Add flour and baking powder, stir for 10 seconds/speed 4.
Add dark chocolate, stir in for 5 seconds/left-hand rotation/speed 4.
If necessary, grease a brownie mold, spread the dough and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.
