Attention! Addictive. This dip is mind-boggling, make sure you do it.
Prepared super quickly and is part of every barbecue. Sweet with a slight spiciness, goes well with bread sticks or a meat fondue. Try it out and see for yourself.
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150gr dates, pitted
- 300grcream cheese
- 150gr yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1½ tsp curry
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Put the garlic clove with the pitted dates in the mixing bowl, chop 10 seconds/speed 8 and push down with the spatula.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir for 10 seconds/speed 4 and transfer. Let the dip sit in the fridge for at least half an hour and serve.
