Nut-nougat croissants

Would love to share the smell of our kitchen now – these nut-nougat croissants definitely get in competition with the well-known chocolate croissants although it’s not puff pastry. They are easily conjured up.

As a small child I was always happy when dad brought  chocolate croissants home. Sometimes it happened that these were sold out and the disappointment was great.

So would not want anyone to face the same dissappointment and here you go – let’s move to the kitchen for a delicious and quick recipe.
