Marzipan bites

Another recipe that will make the heart of marzipan lovers beat faster.

They are super soft, mixed quickly and really tasty. You can make marzipan bites with just a few ingredients. You will be delighted.

Also ideal as a small souvenir for colleagues, friends or family.

  • 150 grams almonds, natural
  • 200 grams marzipan paste, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 25 grams flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 10 grams amaretto
  • Besides

  • 150 grams flaked almonds, roughly chopped


Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Grind the almonds in a mixing bowl for 20 seconds/speed 8 and transfer.

Put the brown sugar in the mixing bowl, grind 10 seconds/speed 10 to powdered sugar.

Add the remaining ingredients, use Interval/Knead function for 3 minutes.

Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in the chopped almond flakes. Place the finished balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool on a wire rack.
