A delicious jam should not be missing at the breakfast table. Today there is a quick recipe to make your own jam.
The strawberry jam with liqueur 43 is not necessarily suitable for children, but it is a great pleasure for us adults. It is quickly prepared and tastes delicious.
Here is the recipe:
- 1000 grams strawberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 500 grams preserving sugar 2:1
- ½ lemon
- 80 grams liqueur 43
Put strawberries in the mixing bowl, chop them for 20 seconds/speed 6.
Add the preserving sugar, the juice of the lemon and the liqueur 43, stir in for 10 seconds/speed 3.
Cook for 15 minutes/100°C/speed 2 without a measuring cup (cooking basket as a splash guard).
Put the strawberry jam immediately in sterilized jars and close well.
You can stir in the foam that may have formed for 10 seconds/speed 4.
