Nobody can resist a creamy cheesecake, right? Needless to say, we really like cheesecake.

Ever since I was a child, I have loved to eat all kinds of cheesecake.

I had the best cheesecake in Dubai, and we ordered several to try. There are unusual variations in the cheesecake factory, you shouldn’t miss it.

A visit to the Cheesecake Factory should definitely not be missed on your next trip to Dubai.

We have a basic cheesecake recipe for you here that looks and tastes heavenly delicious:

  • 75 grams butter
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams spelled flour, type 630
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Filling

  • 120 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 grams sunflower/rapeseed oil
  • 200 grams cream
  • 100 grams milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 500 grams low-fat quark



Place all the ingredients for the dough in the mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.5. Decant the base and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.


Place sugar, vanilla sugar, custard powder, oil, cream, milk, eggs and lemon extract in mixing bowl and mix 50 sec/speed 3.5.

Then add the quark and mix in 40 sec/speed 4.

Pour the batter into a lined cake tin, evenly covering the bottom and edges.

Pour the filling over the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C in the lowest rack for approx. 60-70 minutes. Then leave to cool overnight.
