  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp oatmeal
  • 250 grams coconut milk, creamy
  • 100 grams water
  • 4 ice cubes


Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl, chop for 30 seconds/speed 8 and divide into 2 glasses.
