This smoothie made with coconut milk is refreshing and tastes creamy. A good alternative, especially in summer.
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 4 tbsp oatmeal
- 250 grams coconut milk, creamy
- 100 grams water
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl, chop for 30 seconds/speed 8 and divide into 2 glasses.
