Ingredients

  • 200 grams dried dates, pitted
  • 100 grams hazelnuts
  • 20 grams almonds
  • 30 grams oatmeal
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1½ tbsp cocoa
  • ¼ tsp bourbon vanilla

Instructions

Place the almonds, hazelnuts and oatmeal in the mixing bowl, chop them for 15 seconds/speed 10 and use the spatula to push them down.

Add the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl, chop for 45 seconds/speed 8 and transfer to a bowl. Form small balls out of the mass and enjoy.

Notes

The energy balls can also be rolled in coconut flakes or sesame seeds. It's up to your taste.
