For barbecue, as a spread, with raw vegetables or for the party: this spread fits perfectly and is deliciously creamy.
When we were recently invited to a small garden party, everyone should bring something. We opted for this simple but wonderful spread and of course also brought home-made baguettes. This is quick to prepare and is sure to be a highlight at your next party.

Ingredients
- 1 shallot, halved
- 1 can of tuna, in its own juice
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 splash of lime juice (or lemon juice)
Instructions
Put the halved shallot in the mixing bowl, chop 5 seconds/speed 5 and push down with the spatula.
Open the canned tuna, pour off the liquid and squeeze it out with your hands as much as possible so that the tuna contains as little juice as possible - this way the spread does not become liquid.
Put all remaining ingredients with the well-squeezed tuna in the mixing bowl, mix 10 seconds/speed 4 and serve.
