With just two ingredients you can conjure up a delicious, flavored sugar. Here is a quick recipe to make it by yourself.
Strawberry sugar is excellent for refining desserts, for pastries, cream, strawberry milk, yoghurt and much more. There are no limits to your ideas. Be creative!
The sugar is naturally colored by the freeze-dried strawberries and is also suitable as a small gift from your own kitchen.
If you don’t like strawberries, you can also use other freeze-dried fruits, such as raspberries, blueberries, …
- 400gr sugar
- 20gr freeze-dried strawberries (or other fruit)
Put the freeze-dried strawberries in the mixing bowl, chop 15 seconds/speed 10 and push down with the spatula.
Add the sugar to the mixing bowl, mix for 20 seconds/left turn/speed 3 and fill into screw-top jars.
