Guacamole – perfect for a cozy evening with friends. Here is a quick recipe for you.

Guacamole is so versatile and goes well with almost every meal:

  • Wraps (or balloon bread/panini bread)
  • Nachos
  • fried chicken

The list could be expanded a lot. Just try it out.

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 100 grams cherry tomatos, very finely diced
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt, sour cream or quark
  • a bit of salt
  • some pepper


Put the garlic cloves in the mixing bowl, chop 5 seconds/speed 5 and push down with the spatula.

Add the avocados, natural yoghurt (or sour cream/quark), lemon juice, a little salt and pepper (to taste) in the mixing bowl, mix together for 10 seconds/speed 5.

Put the guacamole in a bowl and fold in the finely chopped cherry tomatoes and serve.


Tip: The core of the avocados does not help to discolour the guacamole so quickly. Simply put the core in the middle of the guacamole and it will stay nice and green. Take out before serving.
