Spicy chickpeas: They are lactose, nut, gluten and egg-free and guaranteed to be delicious.
With little effort you can conjure up a snack for yourself or for your guests. These are also suitable for giving away.

- 1 large glass of chickpeas (400g drained weight)
- 1¼ teaspoons of salt
- 1½ teaspoon cumin, whole
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1½ tbsp curry powder
- 1½ tbsp paprika, sweet
- ½ tsp chili powder, optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
Put the spices in the mixing bowl, grind 30 seconds/speed 10.
Drain the chickpeas, wash them and add them to the mixing bowl, mix together for 30 seconds/left-hand rotation/speed 2.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and let cool down completely.
If you don't like it spicy, just leave out the chilli powder.
