The airy rolls are quick to prepare and taste delicious. In addition, they are high in protein and low in carbohydrates – perfect for low carb.
Best of all: The rolls can also be toasted and taste even better.

- 2 tbsp soy flakes
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 15 grams psyllium husks
- 55 grams oat bran
- 1 pack of baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Grains of your choice
For sprinkling or rolling
Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
Put the soy flakes in the mixing bowl and pulverize 20 seconds/speed 10.
Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl, mix 1 minute/left turn/speed 4, transfer and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
Shape the dough into 8 equally sized rolls, roll them in grains and place on a baking sheet. Slightly cut the bread roll in the middle and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
