Pure filler, low in calories and quickly mixed: for breakfast or as a snack in between.

You can choose the flavor by yourself. Here is the recipe, which uses only 3 ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 30g protein powder (to taste, here: ESN Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate)
  • 20g melted flakes
  • 300g soy drink, unsweetened (alternative: milk)

Instructions

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix for 30 seconds/speed 6.

Pour the finished protein shake into a large glass and enjoy.
