You can choose the flavor by yourself. Here is the recipe, which uses only 3 ingredients:
- 30g protein powder (to taste, here: ESN Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate)
- 20g melted flakes
- 300g soy drink, unsweetened (alternative: milk)
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix for 30 seconds/speed 6.
Pour the finished protein shake into a large glass and enjoy.
