Today I bring my healthy recipe for a delicious power smoothie.

This power smoothie has it all, therefore the name – it not only tastes super delicious, but also keeps you full for a long time, making it ideal to snack on.

The best thing is that it is also easy to prepare.

Of course you can also bring various fruits into play. Everything to your taste.

  • 5 strained tablespoons of oatmeal, tender
  • 45 grams of walnuts, without shell
  • 1 banana, in pieces
  • 1 apple, in pieces
  • 400 grams of oat drink


Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and chop for 30 seconds/speed 8, pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.


You can mix other delicious fruits as you like, e.g. a few blueberries.
