Everyone loves chocolate bars, right? This candy bar liqueur is quick and easy to make.
When we were invited to a party, one of the other guests brought this liqueur from a well-known chocolate brand. We were absolutely thrilled and drank it completely empty (3 bottles of 1 liter each). It tasted so delicious.
So it was time to make this liqueur available for you and here is the recipe – be careful: risk of addiction!
Ingredients
- 150g milk chocolate bar
- 150g milk
- 100g cream
- 40g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, homemade
- 100g vodka
Instructions
Put the chocolate bar in the mixing bowl, chop 10 seconds/speed 5.
Add milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, heat 5 minutes/70°C/speed 3.
Add vodka, stir for 20 seconds/speed 3.
Pour the liqueur into a hot-rinsed bottle (0.5l), store in the refrigerator and use as required.
Notes
The chocolate bar liqueur can be kept in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
