Today I bring my healthy recipe for a strawberry protein ice cream.
Why strawberries?
Why I chose strawberries for this recipe is very clear: I love strawberries 🍓 – they not only look beautiful, but also taste good.
Although strawberries consist of 90% water, they also contain some nutritions: Already 100g strawberries contain more vitamin C than oranges.
A 170g serving is enough to hit the daily needs of an adult.
Strawberries are ideal as a summer snack – they have almost no fat and few carbohydrates (only 32 kcal / 100g).
Now we come to the recipe. I already wish you a good appetite, enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 300 grams of strawberries, frozen
- 30 grams of protein powder, vanilla
- 115 grams of milk, or soy drink (unsweetened)
Instructions
Place the strawberries in the mixing bowl, chop for 12 seconds/speed 8 and push down with the spatula.
Then add the remaining two ingredients and mix for 30 seconds/speed 4.
Now serve the ice cream in one bowl and enjoy.
Notes
Of course you can also replace the strawberries with other fruits. That is up to your taste.
