Excellent for seasoning individual dishes: Homemade herb salt.

The preparation is easy and everything you need: coarse salt, dried herbs of your choice and a clove of garlic. Give it a try, it’s delicious.

  • 150 grams salt, coarse
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp basil, dried
  • 3 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp of dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp savory, dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • 1 clove of garlic


Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, mince 6 seconds/speed 8. Pour into a screw jar and use if necessary.
