Bread seasoning can also be bought ready-made. Unfortunately, flavor enhancers are also available here.
The bread seasoning is easy to make by yourself and gives your bread a full and strong aroma. It also helps digestion and calms the gastrointestinal tract.
Here is the recipe:
- 50 grams cumin, whole
- 30 grams fennel seeds, whole
- 20 grams anise seeds, whole
- 10 grams coriander, whole
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and grind for 30 seconds/speed 10. Fill bread spices into a screw-top jar and use as required.
