Ingredients
- - 150 grams garlic, peeled
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1 tsp lemon juice
- - 30 grams oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl and blend for 30 sec/speed 10.
Scrape down the sides with a spatula, then blend again for 30 sec/speed 10.
Transfer the garlic paste to a sterilized, sealable jar and store it in the refrigerator.
Notes
One teaspoon of garlic paste is equivalent to approximately one clove of garlic. It will keep for at least three months.
