																								                                        <li><span>400 grams wheat flour (Type 1050)</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>400 grams spelled flour (Type 630)</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>2 teaspoons of salt</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>1 tsp. of malt</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>2 tbsp pumpkin seeds</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>2 tbsp sunflower seeds</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>2 tbsp flaxseed, crushed</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>1 tbsp chia seeds</span></li>
																								                                        <li><span>some sesame seeds to sprinkle</span></li>
																                        </ul>

                    <h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>Heat buttermilk, water, yeast and honey in a mixing bowl, <strong>2 minutes/37°C/speed 2</strong>.</p>
<p>Place the remaining ingredients except for the sesame in the mixing bowl, use <strong>Interval/Knead function for 3 minutes</strong>.</p>
<p>Transfer the dough to a bowl and leave covered for 1 hour.</p>
<p>After the rest period, fold the dough into a loaf of bread on a lightly floured work surface/dough mat and place in a <a href="https://www.bb-mix.net/basics/non-stick-paste/">greased form</a>. Brush or spray the dough with a little water, sprinkle sesame over it and bake with the lid in a cold oven at 230°C for about 60 minutes.</p>
<p>Remove the finished sesame bread from the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.</p>
