Nut-nougat croissants
As a small child I was always happy when dad brought chocolate croissants home. Sometimes it happened that these were sold out and the disappointment was great.
So would not want anyone to face the same dissappointment and here you go - let's move to the kitchen for a delicious and quick recipe.
Instructions
Weigh sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, curd cheese, oil and milk in the mixing bowl and stir at 2 minutes/speed 3.
Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the mixing bowl, process for 3 minutes/dough step to a curd cheese-oil dough.
In the meantime, cut the cut-proof nut nougat mass lengthways into slices and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top/bottom heat.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, cut it in half in the middle and cut triangles. Cover the broad side with a piece of the nut-nougat mass and roll up into a croissant. Spread the croissants on the baking sheet with a little milk.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
